I did read a thing that states how Mike’s and Spamton’s relationship is the inverse of Burgerpants’s and Mettaton’s relationship in undertale in deltarune which the same thing states how Burgerpants may have misled Mettaton at online before the internet went down

ooooh that’s a pretty interesting parallel! and it makes a lot of sense in context of that unhinged theory too! man, i’m gonna be thinking about this inverse relationship for a while now.

you know, i don’t think i included it in the original post, but i’d like to think that if Mike WAS actually just Burgerpants, he’d act pretty similarly to (or maybe almost exactly like) Mettaton in Undertale. so basically, mike (aka burgerpants) would just be deltarune’s equivalent of mettaton.

now i’m wondering if deltarune mettaton (hapstablook?) has even had a single interaction with deltarune burgerpants... probably not but still fun to think about...
